Cram School Resource Assistant (CSRA)

In Japan, this is a growing popular style of English training. The native English teacher ( In our case, Matt Plewes) goes to the Cram school once a week, once a month, more or less, and has an informal class or place to meet with students before and after their regular classes.

The interaction is informal, the student may have a textbook question or just may want to practice English conversation for a few minutes. This is an informal interaction and not a structured class in a classroom.
For an example, the CSRA may be "stationed" at the entrance way, an empty classroom if available, lounge, smaller schools a small table and chair in the hall will work fine.
This is also an excellent way for teachers to practice their English skills, before or after a class or on break or between classes.
